We are seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our group of 4 vets and an excellent nursing team, based in Ashford, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ UK veterinary experience. This position would suit a confident Veterinary Surgeon with GP experience and excellent client, communication and leadership skills, and a desire to deliver best practice care.
About us
Medivet Ashford Middlesex (Redleaves) is a newly acquired practice based in the Ashford area in Surrey. The practice is equip with many diagnostic facilities, such as a blood laboratory, digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound and ECG. The deadicated nursing team cover a range of advice and treatments, including de-worming, flea treatment and weight management.
This practice also has access to a wider range of services provided by the Medivet group, such as MRI and hydrotherapy. Medivet Ashford Middlesex is supported by Medivet 24 Hour Richmond, the main hospital in the region.

About this role
The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week over 4 days. The shift pattern also includes 1:4 Saturdays at our hospital Medivet 24 Hour Richmond.
You must be a Veterinary Surgeon who is registered with the RCVS.
Our location
Ashford has great access by road, tube and rail to London and the countryside of Surrey and surrounding areas.
